BEP Mushrooms

Sulfur Tufts (Naematoloma fasciculare) grow in crowds on decaying wood. When young they are yellow-to-orange, but the colors change as they mature. The gills start out bright yellow, but change as their brown spores mature - becoming olive and ending up dark brown. Unlike Honey Mushrooms, they have no veil and have brown spores. They taste bitter and are poisonous.
