Bohemia Ecological Preserve

This dew-covered Stemless Morning-glory is a common native that grows in dry open areas. To tell it from its less common cousin, the Western Morning-glory, look below the petals to see if there is just a calyx, or a calyx nearly covered with bracts. Both grow here, as well as the weedy, non-native Field Bindweed that is usually a vine and has hairless leaves. Morning-glory (Convulvulacaea) Family.
